About Our Coverage Area
Cabarrus County is our home base. Concord and Kannapolis are where we do a large share of our residential driveway work, and the county's growing commercial corridor along I-85 has kept our commercial paving crew busy for over a decade.
Mecklenburg County is the largest market we serve. Charlotte commercial property managers, HOAs, and business owners call us for parking lot resurfacing, seal coating programs, and ADA-compliant striping. Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson have seen rapid growth — new construction grading and paving is a steady part of our work in that corridor.
Rowan County reaches from Salisbury east to Rockwell and south toward Gold Hill. We handle both residential and commercial projects throughout Rowan — the lower property density means fewer contractors competing for work, and we've built strong relationships with property owners there over the years.
Iredell County — Mooresville, Statesville, and Denver — rounds out our coverage on the Lake Norman corridor. Mooresville in particular has grown quickly, and we see consistent demand there for both residential driveways and commercial lot maintenance.
